[Self-Cook] Korean Egg-Roll (계란말이)

Few days back, my mum has a sudden cravings for 계란말이(Korean Banchan version of Roll-egg) and she sort of dropping hints to me to cook it for dinner. (ㅠ.ㅠ)
For those who travels to Korea before, I’m sure you would often see this banchan pretty often in the local resturant and it always taste so yummy!

Fred not! You can cook this up at home too! 😀

Ingrediants needed:
– 3 eggs
– 1/2 carrot, chopped (you can cook the carrot first if you prefer the bites to be softer)
– 1~2 stick(s) of spring onion, chopped
– 1 tablespoon of onion, chopped (optional)
– pinch of Salt and pepper for seasoning

Bonus Tips:
1- I would always love to add additional 5ml of milk to the mixture!
It would make the egg taste yummier, but takes slightly longer to cook it!
2- Use a sieve to remove the egg chalaza so the mixture would be smooth! 😀

Here’s a sample of the video how you cook your Egg roll.

Take Note:
1- Remember to keep your heat med-low!
2- Cool your egg roll before you cut it!

I shall present you guys my version of 계란말이~~ *TATA*

Pretty? 😀

Give it a try! It’s pretty easy to do it trust me~
Now you can have your own Korean roll-egg banchan with your home-cook dishes at home too!

*egg egg egg~~~ ㅋㅋㅋ*
