[Review] Snack-ing at Boss BarBQ

Met up with my bunch of lovely girlfriends sometime back and decided to dine back in Boss BarBQ for some light dinner before a birthday celebration(heavy drinking session) in Clarke Quay. 😛

Platter of Potatoes

Nothing much fancy, just plain itchy mouth for some cravings. 😛

Boss BarBQ’s signature Boss Chicken (Fried Chicken)

This is SUPERB!

Pajeon (해물파전)
Another dish that I ALWAYS recommend for ordering. I don’t deny the fact that it’s a little pricey but the fresh ingredients(Musscles,Prawns and Squids) are more than enough to cover it up!

The most highlighted item for the night would be…

Bossam(보쌈) is the steamed version of pork belly. Ever since I tried Bossam back in Korea thanks to my friend, I fell in love and prefer this more than samgyupsal!(partly because it’s not that oily..HAHA!!)

Tempt you guys with the close up.. *HAHA*

Do give Bossam a try if you see it on the menu next time!!
